We were honored to have Brad Davison (Maple Grove High School, University of Wisconsin) visit the 12U/Young team practice. When asked, "What advice would you give your 6th-grade self?" His response was, "Compete every day and enjoy the friendships. The days you don't feel like practicing are the most important ones." Brad had a lot of great memories from his AAU playing days and couldn't believe how fast they went by. He loved the out of town tournaments as well as playing against his AAU teammates during high school ball. Thanks for visiting, Brad!
What an honor to have WNBA Connecticut Sun player, Rachel Banham lead Crossfire 5th South's practice. Rachel is a University of Minnesota all-time leading scorer, a First Team All-American and the fourth overall pick in the 2016 WNBA draft. She is as impressive off court as she is on. She is a role model/mentor whom the girls look up to. Thanks Rachel!
